the WaveAce is available in 2-channel models with bandwidths of 60 MHz, 100 MHz, 200 MHz, and 300 MHz. All models feature color displays. With a maximum sampling rate of 2GS/s and up to 18 kpts/channel of memory, the WaveAce is a performance leader in this class of lightweight oscilloscopes. The large memory allows users to capture, at maximum sampling rate, data that is 2 to 3 times larger than the competition. To enhance how a user can understand and analyze waveforms, the WaveAce incorporates 32 automated parameters, including advanced timing parameters for offset, phase, and edge-to-edge measurements between channels. Additional features such as pass/fail tests, user-defined digital filters, and waveform sequence recording simplify and shorten debugging time.
The WaveAce's extensive configuration options and high performance are controlled via an intuitive user interface with 11 different languages and a streamlined front panel. All important controls and menus are accessible from the front panel with a simple button press. All setup positions and zero settings can be reset with the touch of a button, pressing the V/Div button switches between fixed and variable gain, and pressing the T/Div button alternates between zoom modes. The front panel buttons that open and close menus or switch modes are backlit, allowing the user to see exactly which mode the WaveAce is operating in.Documenting results and saving screen images, waveforms, and settings is easy with the WaveAce. Internal storage can hold more than 20 waveforms and 20 settings. Mass storage can be achieved by connecting a USB memory device directly to the oscilloscope's front panel. The rear panel USB port allows direct connection to a printer or to a PC for control with an application called EasyScope. EasyScope enables remote control from a virtual front panel and also provides an easy way to save waveforms and screen images directly to a PC.
