CC-Link IE (Industrial Ethernet) technology systems provide seamless data exchange across all levels of a production plant, from the operations control center to the production floor. Chainflex's CAT5e and CAT6 Ethernet cables have passed the 3089 test with 76 million strokes and a bend radius of 9.5 xd performed in the igus laboratory.

igus offers bus cables in the CFBUS.045, CFBUS.PUR.045, CFBUS.PVC.045 (CAT5e) and CFBUS.049, CFBUS.PUR.049, and CFBUS.PVC.049 (CAT6) series. All test data is entered into an online tool that accurately calculates the service life of chainflex cables. All bus cables have been certified by the CC-Link Partner Association (CLPA) after undergoing rigorous electrical testing, which also resulted in UL certification for 600 volts.
