Ametic has presented the results of the IT industry for the 2017 fiscal year. The figures show positive results, for the fourth consecutive year, and the turnover of the Information Technology sector in Spain grew by 6.4% and reached a volume of 24,946 million euros.

Today at the FTTH Conference 2018, the latest figures from the FTTH Market Panorama, prepared by IDATE for the FTTH Council Europe, were released. The number of fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) and fiber-to-the-building (FTTB) subscribers in Europe increased by 20.4% since September 2016, reaching over 51.6 million FTTH/B subscribers in September 2017 for the EU39 [1]. The adoption rate also rose to 34.8% for the EU39, up from 29.9% the previous year.
