Therefore, the new version 6.0 of the Agama Video Analytics solution supports integrations with leading collaboration platforms, and the new Agama Widget SDK allows data integration from any source into the Agama solution.

With this new release, Agama also expands its headend monitoring and assurance capabilities with IP-SDI, focusing on monitoring baseband video services over IP, including virtualized and cloud-based headends. This provides a single pane of transparency across all headend scenarios, making every processing step clear and verifiable. A new Penalty Box feature is introduced in the headend visualization area to directly display thumbnails of affected channels for quick visual confirmation and issue notification.
Essentially, Agama's solution focuses on providing the best video performance insights on the market. OTT 360 and all-new IPTV 360 Analytics add-ons visualize the real-time flow from the headend, through the IP network or CDN, to the customer's device for all services, directly highlighting the impact on the customer and pinpointing the source of problems. Our analytics apps allow teams to go from overviews to in-depth insights in just a few clicks, delving into key aspects such as delivery, player performance, and customer experience.
