The new S-Series PTZ cameras offer improved image quality in low-light conditions, thanks to the latest image sensors and lenses that enhance accuracy and prevent false alarms. The integrated Ambarella AI processor enables advanced automatic tracking, helping operators automatically detect, zoom in on, and track people, vehicles, and bicycles, as well as specific object attributes such as color and type. Security operators will also notice faster PTZ camera response times during predefined operations, along with improved autofocus during manual operation.
The S-Series PTZ cameras are available in 2MP and 5MP resolutions, with 21-40x zoom ratios in both indoor and outdoor configurations, and in a wide range of options, including smoked dome, salt spray resistant, and black models. With IP66/IP67 dust and water resistance and IK10 impact resistance, the S-Series outdoor PTZ cameras are designed to operate in demanding outdoor environments and can function effectively in any temperature.
The new U-Series PTZ camera is the smaller sibling of the S-Series, designed for projects that don't require AI features but do need the core benefits of i-PRO quality, reliability, and cybersecurity. It is available in 2MP resolution, with 3.1x-21x zoom ratios in both indoor and outdoor configurations. The new U-Series outdoor PTZ camera models meet IP66 and IK10 impact resistance standards. The PTZ cameras in both series feature a new, modern design in a smaller size, similar to many mini-dome cameras. This size, combined with their low-light performance, allows for easy installation in almost any position, providing high-quality, precise image detection and reduced false alarms. Both camera ranges have also achieved the highest level of cybersecurity for added peace of mind, with FIPS 140-2 Level 3 certification.
