These two IP cameras are designed for video surveillance in extreme conditions and feature IP66-certified metal housings, resistant to water and temperatures from -30 to 50°C. The dome model, the DCS-4605EV, also boasts an IK10 vandal-resistant housing, making it ideal for deployment in public areas or locations requiring enhanced security. Both can be powered via the data network cable (Power over Ethernet) for easy deployment and utilize the new H.265 compression codec, which improves streaming by reducing bandwidth requirements by approximately 50% compared to the previous H.264 compression standard.
